BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! If you are drawn as a potential winner, you will be contacted ONLY by the phone number or email address provided during entry. You will NEVER be asked to give credit card details, bank information, or make any payments to claim a prize. These requests are clear indicators of scams. Motion Driven LLC and Cameron Sweepstakes LLC do not use social media DMs to notify winners.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The sponsor of this giveaway is Motion Driven LLC (“Sponsor”) 3326 Windcrest Dr, Granbury, Texas 76049. The giveaway is administered by Cameron Sweepstakes LLC (“Administrator”) 17350 State Hwy, Ste 220 #32239, Houston, Texas 77064.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families or households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.


3. Prize

There will be a total of three (3) winners selected:

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) winner will receive one (1) Cardo Packtalk Edge.

    • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $400 USD.

  • Second Place Prize (2 Winners): Two (2) winners will each receive a Motion Driven Gift Card.

    • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $150 USD.

The total ARV of all prizes is $740 USD. The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the giveaway:

(a) Purchase Entry – No Limit on Entries:

  • Make any purchase on the Sponsor’s website during the Giveaway Period.

  • $1 spent = 1 entry into the giveaway.

  • Standard Entry: Make any purchase on the Sponsor’s website during the Giveaway Period. Every $1 spent = 1 entry into the giveaway.

  • Time-Based Multipliers: Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, announce time-based multipliers where the value of a purchase entry is increased for a limited time (e.g., $1 spent may equal 5, 10, 20, or 100 entries).

  • Lucky Products: Sponsor may label certain products as “Lucky Products.” These specific items are assigned a higher entry multiplier (e.g., 5X, 10X, 20X, etc.) regardless of the current time-based multiplier. The total entries for a Lucky Product are calculated by applying the designated multiplier to the purchase price of that specific item.

Anti-Fraud Note: ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. It is fraudulent to purchase items to obtain entries with the intent to return these items after the Sweepstakes ends. If the Sponsor or Administrator identifies or suspects that you are engaged in this or any other fraudulent activity, you will be disqualified and banned from any further promotions offered by the Sponsor.



(b) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary:

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3” x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to:

  • Each valid mail-in entry received will be worth twenty (20) Sweepstakes entries.

  • Multiplier Matching: Mail-in entries will be awarded the same multiplier that is active for Purchase Entries on the date the entry is postmarked.

  • Bonus Entry Value: If a mail-in entry is postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period, it will be worth between forty (40) to four thousand (4,000) Sweepstakes entries.

  • Required Envelope Notation: For bonus entries to be valid, the Entrant must legibly hand-write the corresponding multiplier value (e.g., 10x,20x,30x,100x,200x) on the backside of the envelope to signify what Bonus Entry Period they are entering during. If an Entrant lists a Bonus Period that is inaccurate with the postmark date, the entry will be disqualified.

  • Entry Limit: Entrants may send as many mail-in entries as desired, but each entry must be handwritten and submitted in its own separate, stamped envelope. If multiple entries are submitted in a single envelope, only one (1) entry will be counted.

  • Mail-In Deadlines: All entries must be postmarked by February 20, 2026, and received by February 25, 2026.

  • NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; request for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

5. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on February 9th, 2026, at 12:01 AM Central Time (CT) and ends on February 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) (“Giveaway End Date”). The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) winners (one Grand Prize winner and two Second Place winners) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from all eligible entries received. The prize drawing will be conducted within a reasonable time after the Giveaway End Date. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winners will be contacted directly by the Administrator via email or phone. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Winner Verification & Documentation

The potential winner must:

  • Provide proof of eligibility (age, residency, identity).

  • Sign and return to the Administrator (or designated agent) within three (3) business days of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release.

  • Complete and return an IRS Form W-9 if applicable for tax purposes.

Failure to complete and return the required documentation in the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at Administrator’s discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. U.S. winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of the prize’s value if required by law.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, the winner grants to the Released Parties the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By participating, Entrant agrees that any judicial proceeding shall take place in a court within the State of Texas.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for marketing communications if the entrant has opted in, and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
