Motion Driven LLC – AGV Pista RR Helmet Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Motion Driven LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) AGV Pista RR helmet of their choice (any model and any size) with an MSRP under $2,000 USD, subject to availability at the time the giveaway ends. Availability is based on what is in stock when the giveaway closes.

If the selected helmet becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: up to $2,000 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter the giveaway:

(a) TikTok Entry – 10 Entries:

  • Follow Sponsor on TikTok (@motion.driven)

  • Like the pinned giveaway video

  • Tag three (3) friends in the comments

  • Comment the helmet size you would like

(b) Instagram Entry – 10 Entries:

  • Follow Sponsor on Instagram (@motiondrivenco)

  • Like the pinned giveaway post

  • Tag three (3) friends in the comments

  • Comment the helmet size you would like

(c) Website Entry – 5 Entries:

  • Visit Sponsor’s website at [motiondriven.com]

  • Sign up for email marketing

Entries from each method may be combined, and participants may enter using more than one method.

5. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins upon the posting of the official giveaway announcement on Sponsor’s social media and ends when Sponsor’s TikTok account reaches 5,000 followers (“Giveaway End Date”). If the 5,000-follower goal is not reached by 11:59 PM ET on November 1, 2025, the giveaway will end at that time regardless of follower count. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received across all entry methods once the giveaway has ended. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be contacted directly by Sponsor via direct message on the platform used to enter or via email (for website sign-ups). The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

7. Winner Verification & Documentation

The potential winner must:

  • Provide proof of eligibility (age, residency, identity)

  • Sign and return to the Sponsor (or designated administrator) within three (3) business days of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (for U.S. residents) or a Declaration of Compliance (for Canadian residents)

  • Complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (U.S. winners) or W-8BEN (Canadian winners) if applicable for tax purposes

Failure to complete and return the required documentation in the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at Sponsor’s discretion.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. U.S. winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of the prize’s value.

8. Canadian Winner Requirement

Should a selected prize winner be a Canadian citizen, they must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail, phone, or email. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification and another entrant will be randomly selected.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, where permitted by law, the winner grants to Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information in all media worldwide for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval, and without review or notification.

10. Release of Liability

By entering or accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for marketing communications if the entrant has opted in, and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at [motiondriven.com/privacy].
