Incorrect Addresses

Motion Driven LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows a delivery was made, responsibility lies with the customer.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders are shipped exactly as entered — we cannot refund or replace orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll reach out by email. You have 30 days to reply or contact us regarding your returned package. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days of our first email, the order will be voided and no replacement or refund will be issued.

International Orders

Motion Driven LLC. is not responsible for any extra charges, customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international shipments. By ordering, you agree that any additional costs are your responsibility.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges! Items must be returned in new, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping to Motion Driven LLC and for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

You may exchange your item for another product of equal value, or pay the difference to upgrade. We do not offer refunds for exchanges of lesser value. Contest or giveaway entries tied to products are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of the purchase date. Any claims for defective or incorrect items must also be made within 60 days. After that, we cannot offer replacements.

When sending an exchange, include:

  • A copy of your original invoice.

  • Any related emails or correspondence with our Customer Service team.

  • The name, size, and any price difference for the replacement item, if applicable.

If you receive an item that is damaged or sent in error by us, please contact Customer Support right away.
